The Brief:

Teamwork Photo needed some help with their marketing emails and social media posting. With other aspects of the business needing more attention, they weren’t finding the time to update customers from their mailing list with monthly emails and post on social media regularly to engage with their online audience. They needed a team that could build some sleek-looking branded email templates, incorporate content, generate social media posts showcasing their products, and maintain a regular online posting schedule.

The Solution – Monthly Newsletter & Social Media Posting

Having collaborated with Pipeline Digital previously, Teamwork Photo felt comfortable asking for our assistance with these new tasks.

We added Teamwork Photo to our ClickUp Workspace, the project management tool we use daily that makes our processes run smoothly. It helps us manage recurring tasks and makes sure the time we track matches what our clients signed up for. The content calendar is also available to everyone, including clients, so they can see when posts are scheduled, leave comments and mark tasks as done if needed. This supports Pipeline Digital’s zero-email policy, making our communication and work process quick and efficient.

Through bi-weekly Google Meet and conversations via ClickUp and Google Chat, we were quickly able to get enough information from Teamwork Photo to build some great-looking branded email templates, plug in all the necessary content, images and links as well as use that information to generate social media content to post across Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram. Once we had this sign-off from Teamwork Photo, we scheduled all the content to automatically post at a chosen date and time.

To ensure the success of online engagement, we set up a regular posting schedule to be maintained by us for the rest of the year. We will also send Teamwork Photo regular insight reports to track the customer’s engagement.

Overall the process was successful and we were able to post everything online and on time.
