Pete worked internally as a consultant to SuperSIPs so the team was able to work very closely with SuperSIPs to ensure a smooth installation process, which included data migration from the old CRM to Zoho CRM, integration with Google Workspace, Woocommerce, and Databox, customisation of the CRM to meet SuperSIPs’ needs, and employee training.
The new CRM has provided several benefits to SuperSIPs, including improved e-commerce functionality, enhanced reporting and analytics, better customer data management, and integration with Xero accounting.
