A part of our brief to look into the entire tech stack at SuperSIPs, part of the request was to update the website. In this example we decided to create user segments on the home page so we could give each customer type a clear path to information and ordering. We added e-commerce to help facilitate customers who order repeatedly.
As part of adding woo-commerce we, also moved them across to Saas accounting software Xero, so we can streamline the entire process of the business through ordering and invoicing and then be able to map an entire path of data to improve business intelligence.
